1. What happens if the freelancer doesn't work out?

Your success is our priority. If the talent we’ve placed does not meet your expectations within the first 30 days, we provide a replacement guarantee. We will immediately restart the sourcing process to find a better fit at no additional cost to you.

2. How do I handle payments for international talent?

We make it as simple as paying any other US vendor. We use Stripe to process all transactions, which gives you the flexibility to pay via Bank Transfer (ACH), Zelle, or Credit Card (please note that credit card payments incur a standard transaction fee). You pay us in USD, and we handle the international distribution.

3. How much of my time will the hiring process take?

Minimal. Our goal is to protect your schedule. Once you reach out, we start inmediately to understand your specific needs. From there, we handle the heavy lifting—vetting the database and sourcing new talent. You only spend time reviewing the top-tier candidates we present and conducting the final interviews.

4. Where is the talent located?

We specialize in high-level professionals throughout Latin America to ensure they work within your time zone. While we source across the continent, we can also help you build a localized team in a specific city where we have deep expertise and specialized networks. Every candidate is pre-vetted to ensure they are the most accurate match for your technical and cultural needs.
