You submit your resume and portfolio through our secure portal.
2. Internal Review:
Our specialized recruiters evaluate your profile against the specific technical and cultural requirements of the position.
3. Client Review:
If you are a match, your profile is presented to the client. We highlight your strengths to ensure you stand out.
4. The Client Selection & Notification:
The client reviews the shortlist and selects the candidates they wish to interview. We will immediately notify you by email if the client has selected your profile to move forward to the interview stage.
5. The Preparation Call:
Once selected, we jump on a brief "Pre-Interview" call with you. We’ll walk you through the company culture, the specific expectations of the role, and provide tips to help you shine. We are your partners in this.
6. Client Interviews:
You meet directly with the client to discuss the role and your experience.
7. Final Selection & Hiring:
Once the client makes their final choice, we move immediately into the onboarding phase.
8. Contracting:
We issue and manage your Protective Contracts, ensuring you have legal security and clear terms.
9. Payment & Ongoing Support:
Your monthly compensation is defined, and payments are processed reliably every month.
